WormAtlasInfo

This module defines color codes for various tissues and cell types in C. elegans, based on data from WormAtlas (https://www.wormatlas.org/colorcode.htm). It also includes functionality to generate an HTML file displaying these colors and their corresponding cell types.

Constants

VERTICAL_ELLIPSE: Unicode character for a vertical ellipse (used on https://openworm.org/ConnectomeToolbox/Comparison). WA_COLORS: Nested dictionary containing color codes for different tissues and cell types in hermaphrodite and male C. elegans.

Main Script

Generates an HTML file (docs/Colors.html) and corresponding PNG images for each color defined in the WA_COLORS dictionary. The HTML file displays a table with the color codes and their associated cell types, organized by tissue and sex.
